The theme of the April 17 - 21, 2011 conference was "Moving Forward" at the Sutton Place Hotel and Inland AV was proud to manage the audiovisual services.
Inland AV developed a sophisticated stage design for the plenary sessions. This included a lighting design with coordinated colour schemes for each session. Two 6,000 ANSI lumen projectors delivered a brilliant image of the presenter's slides. An Epson 450 ultra-short throw projector was hung from the lighting truss and allowed for images to be projected on the centre stage scrim without any shadows from the participants moving about the stage. The projector was hung with an Inland AV custom designed mount. An array audio system complete with sub-woofers rounded out the AV system.
The three day conference included the plenary room, four break-out rooms and a trade show. The registration booth included a digital signage system with Inland AV designing and managing the system content.
