George Grech, AMX delivered an excellent closing seminar outlining and demonstrating the AMX inspired-2-go digital signage system.
Inspired-2-go is a user friendly digital signage solution that can grow in number of screens and sophistication. It is perfect for cafeterias, reception areas, libraries and lobbies.
The system can be set up so that a single message fills the monitor. The monitor can also be programmed to display 2 or 4 screens at one time. For example: a 4 screen monitor can include a welcome screen (1) that informs visitors of their assigned meeting rooms, today's cafeteria specials (2), weather (3) and the news headlines (4).
The inspired-2-go system is very user friendly. The included template packs allow anyone to manage the content of the signage. They can quickly change the text, pictures and video as needed. Delivery of the content is over the internet enabling all screens to be managed from a single location. Internet delivery also means that once set up, the inclusion of RSS feeds continuously update news, weather and sports headlines.
Multiple monitor systems can display different sets of content depending on need. The content of the public reception monitor can be different than the staff cafeteria or the company loading dock. Content and programming options allow for timely delivery of relevant content to specific areas of the enterprise.
George outlined the inspired-2-go system features and then demonstrated the content management application by building sample pages of content. We supplied some images on a memory stick and George quickly integrated them with the educational template pack, demonstrating the digital signage publishing process.
