Rick Fickes (Winnipeg) and Tyler Geddes (Edmonton) have recently completed their TCAP (Tandberg Certified Partner) and TCEP (Tandberg Certified Expert Partner) training, successfully written their exams and have been awarded certificates.

This course is the first step for partner certification in the TANDBERG technical training curriculum and covers all the base terminology and technology associated with video conferencing and an introduction to the whole TANDBERG solution.
TCEP assists Technicians and Engineers fully understand how to deploy advanced features in complex network architectures, such as dial plans, bandwidth management and firewall traversal.
