Meetings

Clear two-way communication is the goal of all meetings. Meeting planners need to ensure that the meeting facilitators and the audience can hear and be heard. Visuals must be clear and functional. Visual tools can help keep the meeting on task and informative. The Anglican Church 2007 General Synod Voting picture (on the right) is an example of a 9' x 12' data projection screen used to display the specific resolution that was being debated and voted on. Talk to our presentation professionals to help you determine the appropriate audiovisual equipment and systems for your meeting.

Meeting communication can be enhanced with:

  • Large screen computer data and video projection systems
  • Conference microphone systems
  • Audio reinforcement, recording and duplicating
  • Videoconferencing from an Inland AV suite or mobile unit
  • Flip charts, interactive whiteboards and overhead projectors

Conferences

A large part of our Rental operations are the hotels and venues we service. We have partnered with many hotels and venues for over 70 years and have pioneered programs that are still active in today's market. If you are planning a meeting in Inland territory (Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) we are familiar with most meeting rooms in the major centres. If you require a room for your event, we can recommend an appropriate venue that can accommodate your group.

Our services include:

  • Extensive service hours
  • Quality equipment
  • Well-maintained fleet of vehicles
  • Trained personnel devoted to customer service and technology

Testimonials

Saskatoon Construction Association
"I appreciated the professional service received from Jay, of Inland Audio Visual! He was FANTASTIC! . . . he is one young man who goes above and beyond what is expected. He relieved 'me' of all my technical concerns and handled everything with the utmost of professionalism."
Deb Labersweiler, Executive Director
Canadian Administrators of Volunteer Resources
"We had numerous presenters comment on how efficient and cheerful Leo was in executing our audio/visual needs . . . He was probably too modest to tell you that he received a standing ovation from our group in appreciation of his efforts. Our local members worked to make it a conference to remember and the staff at Inland Audio Visual helped us raise the bar for future conferences."
Lenore Good and Colleen Watts, Facilities Co-chairs, CAVR
