Team Winnipeg 2008 sales blitz delegates

Phil Kwon, Inland AV journeyed to Ottawa in the last week of April, as a member of Team Winnipeg's marketing team. It was a busy trip with with the "Team" conducting over 140 meetings in the Ottawa area, promoting the City of Winnipeg as a conference destination.
Team Winnipeg delegates attended the Ottawa-Gatineau CSAE luncheon at the Albert at Bay Suite Hotel. They enjoyed the camaraderie of over 150 attendees and listened to Mr. David Wilkens, US Ambassador to Canada deliver the keynote presentation.
They were also treated to the April 30, Ottawa MPI Chapter, Prix Prestige Awards Gala at the Hilton Lac-Leamy hotel. Team Winnipeg enjoyed being a part of the Ottawa MPI celebration and were proud to be a gold sponsor of the event.
Phil reported that the trip was a success and that "It is very important to support Team Winnipeg by traveling to places like Ottawa, meeting with the local event planners and letting them know that Winnipeg is the warmest place to meet."
